Wie zijn wij?

JetAccess is een product van:

Jetron ICT B.V. is de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens binnen JetAccess.

Welke gegevens verwerken wij?

De JetAccess-app verwerkt uitsluitend gegevens die noodzakelijk zijn voor het functioneren van de toegangscontrole.

Dit kan onder meer bestaan uit:

• telefoonnummer
• verificatiestatus van het telefoonnummer
• gekoppelde toegangspunten
• toegangsrechten en instellingen
• loggegevens van uitgevoerde toegangsacties
• technische gegevens voor beveiligde communicatie
• beveiligings- en foutloggegevens
• bij gebruik van geo-fencing: de actuele locatiecoördinaten van het mobiele apparaat op het moment van de toegangsaanvraag

Geo-fencing en locatiegegevens

JetAccess kan gebruikmaken van geo-fencing om te controleren of een gebruiker zich voldoende dicht bij een toegangspunt bevindt voordat toegang wordt verleend.

Geo-fencing wordt alleen toegepast wanneer deze functie voor het betreffende toegangspunt is ingeschakeld en de gebruiker via de JetAccess-app een toegangsaanvraag doet.

Op dat moment bepaalt de app de actuele locatie van het mobiele apparaat. De actuele geografische coördinaten, bestaande uit latitude en longitude, worden samen met de betreffende toegangsaanvraag naar JetAccess verzonden.

Deze locatiegegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt om voor die specifieke transactie te bepalen of de gebruiker zich binnen de ingestelde afstand van het toegangspunt bevindt en of de toegangsaanvraag op basis daarvan geldig is.

JetAccess gebruikt geo-fencing niet om gebruikers voortdurend te volgen en bouwt geen locatiehistorie van gebruikers op. De locatie wordt uitsluitend gebruikt voor de directe beoordeling van een toegangsaanvraag waarvoor geo-fencing van toepassing is.

Waarvoor gebruiken wij deze gegevens?

Wij gebruiken deze gegevens uitsluitend voor:

• identiteitsverificatie
• koppeling van toegangsrechten
• het veilig openen van toegangspunten
• controle of een gebruiker toegang mag krijgen
• het uitvoeren van een geo-fencingcontrole wanneer deze functie voor een toegangsaanvraag actief is
• registratie van toegangsacties
• beveiliging van onze systemen
• detectie van misbruik of ongeautoriseerde pogingen
• ondersteuning bij storingen en beheer

Grondslag voor verwerking

Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens voor zover dit noodzakelijk is voor de uitvoering van de JetAccess-dienst, voor beveiliging van de toegangscontrole en voor het gerechtvaardigd belang om misbruik, storingen en ongeautoriseerde toegang te voorkomen.

Wanneer geo-fencing wordt gebruikt, is de verwerking van de actuele locatie beperkt tot de gegevens die noodzakelijk zijn om de betreffende toegangsaanvraag direct te beoordelen.

Delen van gegevens

JetAccess verkoopt of verhuurt geen persoonsgegevens.

Gegevens worden alleen gedeeld wanneer dit noodzakelijk is voor het uitvoeren van de dienst, bijvoorbeeld met technische dienstverleners die nodig zijn voor beveiligde communicatie, hosting, beheer of het verzenden van SMS-verificatiecodes.

Daarnaast kunnen gegevens worden gedeeld wanneer dit wettelijk verplicht is.

Beveiliging

JetAccess gebruikt meerdere beveiligingslagen, waaronder HTTPS, token-gebaseerde authenticatie, server-side autorisatie, beveiligde opslag op het mobiele apparaat, logging van beveiligingsgebeurtenissen en een afgesloten privaat netwerk voor communicatie met toegangssystemen.

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen verlies, misbruik, onbevoegde toegang en ongeoorloofde wijziging.

Bewaartermijn

Persoonsgegevens worden niet langer bewaard dan noodzakelijk voor het doel waarvoor ze zijn verwerkt.

Toegangslogboeken kunnen tijdelijk worden bewaard voor beveiliging, auditing, storingsanalyse en ondersteuning. Wanneer gegevens niet langer nodig zijn, worden deze verwijderd of geanonimiseerd, tenzij wettelijke verplichtingen een langere bewaartermijn vereisen.

Actuele locatiecoördinaten die voor geo-fencing worden meegestuurd, worden niet bewaard. Deze worden uitsluitend tijdens de betreffende toegangsaanvraag verwerkt en na de beoordeling van die transactie niet opgeslagen.

Account- en gegevensverwijdering

Gebruikers kunnen een verzoek indienen voor inzage, correctie of verwijdering van hun gegevens via: info@jetaccess.nl.

Vermeld daarbij het telefoonnummer of account waarmee JetAccess wordt gebruikt, zodat wij het verzoek kunnen beoordelen en verwerken.

Voor zover gegevens noodzakelijk zijn voor beveiliging, fraudepreventie, wettelijke verplichtingen of toegangslogboeken, kan het zijn dat bepaalde gegevens tijdelijk bewaard moeten blijven. In dat geval informeren wij de gebruiker hierover.

Uw rechten

U heeft recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, beperking van verwerking en bezwaar tegen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens, voor zover dit wettelijk van toepassing is.

Kinderen

JetAccess is niet gericht op kinderen en is bedoeld voor gebruik door bedrijven, organisaties, installateurs, beheerders en geautoriseerde gebruikers van toegangssystemen.

Jetron ICT B.V. is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data within JetAccess.

What data do we process?

The JetAccess app only processes data that is necessary for the operation of the access control system.

This may include:

• phone number
• verification status of the phone number
• linked access points
• access rights and settings
• log data of performed access actions
• technical data for secure communication
• security and error log data
• when geofencing is used: the current location coordinates of the mobile device at the time of the access request

Geofencing and location data

JetAccess may use geofencing to determine whether a user is sufficiently close to an access point before access is granted.

Geofencing is only applied when this feature is enabled for the relevant access point and the user submits an access request through the JetAccess app.

At that moment, the app determines the current location of the mobile device. The current geographical coordinates, consisting of latitude and longitude, are sent to JetAccess together with the relevant access request.

These location data are used solely for that specific transaction to determine whether the user is within the configured distance of the access point and whether the access request is valid on that basis.

JetAccess does not use geofencing to continuously track users and does not create a location history. Location information is used only for the immediate assessment of an access request to which geofencing applies.

What do we use this data for?

We use this data solely for:

• identity verification
• linking access rights
• securely opening access points
• checking whether a user is allowed access
• performing a geofencing check when this feature is active for an access request
• recording access actions
• securing our systems
• detecting misuse or unauthorised attempts
• support in case of faults and management

Legal basis for processing

We process personal data insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the JetAccess service, for securing access control and for the legitimate interest of preventing misuse, faults and unauthorised access.

When geofencing is used, the processing of the current location is limited to the data necessary to immediately assess the relevant access request.

Sharing of data

JetAccess does not sell or rent personal data.

Data is only shared when this is necessary for the performance of the service, for example with technical service providers required for secure communication, hosting, management or sending SMS verification codes.

Data may also be shared when legally required.

Security

JetAccess uses multiple layers of security, including HTTPS, token-based authentication, server-side authorisation, secure storage on the mobile device, logging of security events and a closed private network for communication with access systems.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and unauthorised modification.

Retention period

Personal data is not retained longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was processed.

Access logs may be retained temporarily for security, auditing, fault analysis and support. When data is no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymised, unless legal obligations require a longer retention period.

Current location coordinates sent for geofencing are not retained. They are processed solely during the relevant access request and are not stored after that transaction has been assessed.

Account and data deletion

Users may submit a request for access, correction or deletion of their data via: info@jetaccess.nl.

Please include the phone number or account used with JetAccess, so that we can assess and process the request.

Where data is necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or access logs, certain data may need to be retained temporarily. In that case, we will inform the user accordingly.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of and object to the processing of your personal data, insofar as this is legally applicable.

Children

JetAccess is not aimed at children and is intended for use by companies, organisations, installers, administrators and authorised users of access systems.
